Your agent triages email, orders and reviews, then texts you short summaries you can answer between customers.

## Example conversation

> **Your AI:** New 1-star review: “Waited 40 min for my order.” I drafted a reply apologizing and offering 15% off. Post it?
>
> **You:** Make it warmer, then post
>
> **Your AI:** Posted ✓ “We're so sorry about the wait, Jamie. That's not the experience we want for anyone…”

## How it works

When you're behind the counter, you don't have time to dig through an inbox. Let your agent watch email, orders and reviews, and text you only what needs a decision, in a couple of lines you can answer with one thumb.

Proactive agents built for owners, such as Claude Duet, handle the legwork in your connected apps. AI Text-a-roo makes sure the questions reach you wherever you are.

## Set it up

1. Connect your agent to your business apps and to AI Text-a-roo.
2. Tell it what to escalate by text, and what it can handle alone.
3. Answer in a few words. Your agent does the rest.

## Tell your agent

```
Watch my shop email and reviews. Text me through AI Text-a-roo when something needs my decision, in 2 lines or less.
```

## Questions

### Can my agent text my customers?

AI Text-a-roo is for conversations between you and your agent, plus one-to-one relays to people you know (Pro). It isn't a marketing or bulk-texting tool, so please don't use it for campaigns.
