## How it works

Coding agents can grind for an hour on a migration or a flaky test suite. Instead of babysitting a terminal, add the AI Text-a-roo MCP server and tell the agent to text you when it's done, or when it needs a decision.

With the wait_for_reply tool, the agent can ask a question and wait for your answer in the same session. Reply “yes, open the PR” from the grocery line and it picks up right where it left off.

## Set it up

1. Add the MCP server: claude mcp add --transport http aitextaroo https://api.aitextaroo.com/mcp (plus your key).
2. Ask your agent to text you when it finishes or needs a decision.
3. Reply from your phone. The agent reads your answer and keeps going.

### How does my coding agent receive my reply?

Through the wait_for_reply MCP tool. The agent sends a text, then waits for your next message (up to two minutes per call, and it can call again) and continues the same session with your answer.
